Fáilte Ireland is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Design for a suite of Interpretative and Orientation Solutions.
The initial requirement is for the design, locational planning, and overseeing manufacture and installation of orientation sign age at approximately 100 attractions and strategic locations within Ireland's Ancient East. This framework may also be utilised to deliver similar requirements for other Fáilte Ireland projects as required.
It is intended to appoint a single contractor to this Framework who will be required to subcontract resources to fulfil the requirements. Examples include, sign designers, graphic designers and interpretation planners. Other support services may also be required and it is Fáilte Ireland's requirement that the successful tenderer will source and manage such support services as required.

The contracting authority will not accept responsibility for information relayed (or not relayed) via third parties. 2) This is the sole call for competition for this service. 3) The contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates, participants or tenderers. 4) Establishment of the framework will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities. 5) If for any reason it is not possible to conclude the framework agreement with the designated successful tenderer emerging from this competitive process; or if having concluded the framework agreement the contracting authority considers that the successful tenderer has not met, or cannot meet its obligations; the contracting authority reserves the right to admit the next highest scoring tenderer to the framework on the basis of the same terms at any time during the tender validity period.
