Medical care is delivered by Military Doctors, Nurses and other medical specialists.Defence Forces medical personnel operate from a number of military medical facilities (Curragh/Cork), clinics in Barracks/overseas installations and Saint Bricins Military Hospital (Dublin).Defence Forces Clinical Record management is paper based with consultation notes; test results etc. recorded and retained in Medical Service staff controlled Medical Files.Administrative medical information is recorded in an individual medical administrative document which is retained by the individual soldier/patient's Military Unit of employment.
