The proposed solution should:โ be supplied by a single primary supplier and be capable of being supported in an efficient and seamless manner;โ be secure and cohesive and its implementation should be achieved with minimal user interruption;โ allow for VOIP between the scoped sites at a future date.The contract will be awarded to a single service provider (reviewed every two years, with the possibility of being renewed twice). NMI reserves the option to award any future upgrades to the service or other closely associated work (such as remote access to VPN, extension to other sites, increase or decrease of bandwidth, etc.) to the successful tenderer subject to normal NMI criteria. All costs quoted must remain fixed within the rules laid down in the tender document. Any deviation from the quoted costs may result in the cancellation of the contract.
