Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) was formally established by the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act of 2001. Its mission is to develop and promote Ireland as a world centre of excellence for horse racing and breeding. HRI Racecourses Ltd owns and operates Leopardstown, Fairyhouse, Navan and Tipperary Racecourses. The Contracting Authority requires a ticketing solution that will fulfil a number of broad objectives, including the selling of tickets via an online kiosk, the automatic issue of tickets with barcodes and the creation of print-at-home tickets.
