The communication campaign will focus on tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities. The immediate priorities will be the level of rent increases allowable and Part 4 tenancy entitlements which mean once a tenant is in place for 6 months they can remain in the accommodation for 4 years unless a valid notice of termination is served by the landlord.
The Campaign can involve a mix of media such as print, posters, broadcast, online (news sites, property sites), digital, and/or outdoor (billboards, bus shelters), stakeholder engagement. It should demonstrate an awareness of the diversity of client groups.
