Request for Tenders for the Provision of ICT Support Services

The DHDA require a service provider for all of its ICT support needs including, but not limited to, the management of the Campus Network, Service Management, Desktop support, management and maintenance of IT equipment. The service provider may be required to provide relevant IT Consultancy advice or project management services to the DHDA. This may include reviewing the current IT strategy and working with the DHDA to provide recommendations for associated implementation. The DHDA also require the service provider to procure IT equipment and related items as and when required. An outline of the Digital Hub ICT requirements is listed within the Request For Tender document.
DHDA anticipates that the service provider will need to provide on-site support technician /engineer, reporting to the DHDA IT Services Contract Manger, providing desktop network support, service management and maintenance of IT equipment and management of the Digital Hub Campus network in accordance with DHDA IT Policies. The DHDA may also require the service provider to provide technical assistance in project work to the DHDA IT Services Contract Manger as and when required during the contract period. Cover should be provided for sickness and holidays.
DHDA requires that the personnel providing the ICT Support to DHDA is professional and demonstrates good business acumen. The service provider will be a representative of the DHDA, therefore suitable attire and manner must be adopted by the successful candidate and maintained throughout the contract period.
