The service provider selected will have to satisfy the conditions of SI No. 329 of 2006 European Communities (Award of Public Authorities' Contracts) Regulations 2006 in meeting the requirements of “Sheltered Workshops” or that they can provide for this contract to be performed by participants in a sheltered employment programme.
