Programme of air emissions compliance monitoring at selected Dioxin (and Standard) EPA licensed sites in the Republic of Ireland

As part of its regulatory functions and to provide public confidence, the OEE carries out an annual programme of independent atmospheric emission monitoring of Dioxin emissions (and associated Standard emissions) from selected licensed sites each year. The OEE wishes to outsource this programme of independent monitoring by means of a competitive tender. The contract will be of approximately 3 years duration (project must be completed by the end of 2017). The 3-year monitoring programme is to commence in the first quarter of 2015, and the project is expected to be completed by around September 2017.
