MMUH 01/2014 – Minimum requirements specification for Private Cloud Delivery on Mater Misericordiae University Hospital Campus
This document sets out the requirements for the Mater Hospital's core storage & compute infrastructure for 2014-2019.
It is envisaged that this infrastructure will be offered as a proactively managed Private Cloud Delivery exclusive to the hospital on the basis of a 5 year agreement.
Responses must include the options available to the hospital at the end of the 5 year term including the option to transfer ownership to the hospital for a fixed cost plus 24/7/365 maintenance costs for years six and seven for the complete solution if required.
The managed service should be pro-actively managed, supported and maintained on a 24/7/365 basis from an enterprise level operations centre.
The solution must be scalable; therefore consideration should be given to a growth rate up to 15% per annum, based on initial requirements outlined in this specification document. In the event of a requirement for additional capacity above this anticipated growth rate, please indicate a discount level below recommended retail price that the MMUH can avail of if required.
All costs to be included including maintenance and data migration services to the new MMUH data centre on the MMUH campus.
Both production and DR sites are on the Mater Campus and privately owned single and multimode fibre connectivity are available to connect the two sites.
