Technical and professional ability:
Candidates who wish to be considered for inclusion in this tender process must supply the following information in responding to this notice:
1) Evidence of at least three (3) years in Event Management and conference organisation, with a portfolio of at least three (3) events for large corporations of a similar scale to ESB, organised within the last three (3) years.
Candidates who fail to provide the information requested in 1 above will be deemed ineligible for further participation in this tender process.
2) Provide details of your organisations quality assurance or processes/procedures relevant to this tender, including a statement on how your organisation manages quality of the service it provides.
The Contracting Entity reserves the right to clarify any aspect of responses received.

Where a grouping of service providers express interest, it is a requirement of ESB that one member of the group accept full contractual responsibility for delivery of the service(s).
