This contract will have a maximum potential duration of 4 years. In the first instance, a contract of two years' duration will be entered into with the successful tenderer. At the discretion of the Contracting Authority, this initial 2-year period may be extended for two separate 1-year periods. Tenderers are advised that the extension of this contract will be contingent upon, amongst other matters, the successful tenderer's performance, various financial considerations and the continued strategic appropriateness of the contract.
