Contract for the Engineering Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Environmental Abatement Equipment

The general scope required is all inclusive for the engineering, design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning and documentation for all environmental abatement equipment.
Key features of the scope of supply are as follows:
1) Collection and transport of exhaust gases from Continuous Press (120,000 m³/hr approx.), Press Hall (90,000 m³/hr approx.) and Board Cooler (60,000 m³/hr approx.) to existing Wet Electrostatic Precipitators.
2) Pre-cleaning of the exhaust gas from the Continuous Press (120,000 m³/hr approx.).
3) ATEX Certified equipment where necessary.
4) Fire and explosion protection.
5) External equipment suitable for coastal region.
6) Declaration of Conformity for installed assembly in line with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
