As per tender documents to be issued at next stage of process. The successful tenderers must provide a bond, issued by an approved bank or insurance company, in the sum of 10 % of the contract price for the due performance of the contract.
Subcontractor/specialists appointed by the successful tenderer may be required to enter into a collateral agreement with the contracting authority and provide a bond on this collateral agreement, issued by an approved bank or insurance company in the sum of 10 % of the subcontract price.

Legal form to be taken by the group of economic operators to whom the contract is to be awarded:
Refer to prequalification assessment documentation and project information memorandum. Requests to participate may be submitted by a single candidate or by a consortium. A consortium will not be required to convert into a specific legal form in order to submit a request to participate, but may be required to do so prior to award of the contract if the authority considers it necessary to ensure that the contract is carried out to its satisfaction. The authority also reserves the right to contract with each member of the consortium on the basis of joint and several liability, or with one member of the consortium as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors, or on any other basis the authority considers appropriate.

Objective criteria for selection:
Maximum of 8 main contractors provided sufficient pre-qualify. Health Service Executive will conduct a pre-qualification assessment process to identify a maximum of 8 highest scoring candidates, subject to their being sufficient number of prequalified applicants. Applicants are advised to refer to the suitability assessment questionnaire.
