2 Sport Strength and Conditioning Senior Consultants

The Irish Sports Council wishes to engage in the services of 2 Sport Strength and Conditioning Senior Consultant for a 2.75 years period.
The consultants will be required to deliver expert strength and conditioning support services to nominated athletes and sports (please consultant the tender document for a full list of deliverable's required) as directed by the Institute of Sport , a unit of the Irish Sports Council. It is emphasised that 205 000 EUR ex VAT constitutes the maximum available budget for each contract. The budget includes an allowance of 5 500 EUR for agreed travel expenses.
Tenderers can apply for one or both contracts, each consultant will be provided with separate contracts.
As the subject matter of this contract(s) constitutes a non-priority (Annex IIB) service under Category 26, its award is subject only to a limited number of provisions of Directive 2004/18/EC, specifically Art. 23 relating to specifications and Art. 35.4 relating to issue of an award notice. In carrying out this award procedure the ISC is employing the EU Open Procedure based on voluntary basis and using reduced time scales.
