SE 3453 JC - Bus Hire Nationwide Panel
Irish Rail from time to time requires the services of competent bus / coach service companies to provide planned or unplanned passenger services as required.
Due to the uncertain nature of the requirement Irish Rail wish to put in place a panel to facilitate this requirement. As this is a panel, approval to the panel does NOT guarantee companies work throughout the life of the panel. The panel will come to an end in June 2016 but will be refreshed annually until the end time. Planned works above a certain value may be subject to a tender process where the negotiated procedure will apply.
