Request For Information for Strategic & Creative Advertising Services / Media Planning & Buying Services / Social Media Management Services To the Road Safety Authority
The RSA invites expressions of interest from agencies
interested in tendering for the following services:-
Lot 1: Strategic and Creative Advertising Services
The successful service provider will develop strategic and
creative solutions to support the requirements of the RSA.
Lot 2: Media Planning and Buying Services
The successful service provider will be expected to develop
strategic media plans, choosing the most effective and cost
efficient advertising media and to possess extensive knowledge
of both traditional and new media.
Lot 3: Social Media Management Services
The successful service provider will be expected to assist in
managing the RSA's social media and be pro-active in identifying
and developing appropriate and engaging opportunities / content.
It is proposed to place a separate contract for each lot.
