Leopardstown Racecourse is one of four racecourses owned and managed by Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) and is the only racecourse in Dublin, located 6 miles south of the city centre in Sandyford. It stages approximately 23 race meetings throughout the year. These include the Christmas Festival, Hennessy Gold Cup, Irish Champion Stakes and a series of evening meetings throughout the summer months henceforward referred to as Summer Series. The racecourse expects attendances of approximately
150,000 across the 23 race meetings in 2013. Attached is an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of Music Agency Services to Leopardstown Club for the Summer Series. The competitive process is being conducted under an EU Open procedure, a one stage process, involving 3 distinct stages: pass/fail; pre- qualification and award.
