Primary Care Centres PPP Contract
The National Development Finance Agency (NDFA), as agent acting on behalf of HSE and Dept. of Health, intends to procure a Public Private Partnership (PPP) within the Primary Care Centres (PCCs) Programme to design, build, finance and provide facility management services to between 10-14 PCCs. The NDFA intends to include provisions within the contract and tender documents relating to the provision of social and/or community benefits, including in particular training and/or employment opportunities for unemployed construction operatives and related personnel, architects, engineers or technicians (as appropriate), facilities management operatives and related personnel, etc. Candidates are not required to have pre-defined or exclusive relationships with Supply Chain Members at this PQQ stage. Candidates are, however, required to identify any Supply Chain Members in the PQQ on whom reliance is placed for the purposes of fulfilling the Assessment Criteria identified in Section 6.5 of the associated PIM.
