Plastic processing equipment - Waste plastic processing equipment Supply and installation of a plastic shredder, overband magnet, near infrared seperator, air classifier and extruder
Tenders are invited for this Contract. The purpose of the
Contract is to provide Filmco Limited with quotations for
equipment for the development of awaste plastics
processing line to process hard plastic waste. The award
of
contract will be subject to the project promoter securing the
required grant aid and funding package to proceed. The
tender consists of the supply of 1 no. Waste Plastic
shredder (motor approx 75KW+).
1. no Zig zag type air classifer seperator. 1. no overband
magnet. 1.no plastic pelletising extruder capable of
production volume of 300Kgs per hour. (Approx motor size
170KW). 1. no near infrared seperator capacity of 3 tonne
per hour. 1.no quotation for modification to existing plant
and equipment to accommodate new equipment. The
equipment must be supplied and fitted/commissioned to
our premises at Carrick on Suir. Quotations for used
equipment will be considered.
