National University of Ireland, Galway (NUI Galway)

It is University policy, in line with current best practice, to provide Pension information service to staff. The University is seeking to retain service to update all of its pension records in respect of individual staff – to be done on a contract for service basis.
Project Funding from UMT is being provided to the Bursar's Budget (D0010) to address workload in the Pensions area.
Should there be any changes in the proposed funding then NUI Galway reserve the right not to purchase the service as advertised and we also reserve the right to alter requirements in line with the availability of funding.
The service listed in this document is specifically required for the Pensions Office (Bursar Department) at the National University of Ireland, Galway.
