Management Services for Rathbane Municipal Golf Course
The Contracting Authority shall enter into a Management Services Agreement with the successful tenderer for the management, maintenance and operation of Rathbane Municipal Golf Course on the payment by the successful tenderer to the Contracting Authority of the annual sum of Ten Thousand Euros (10,000 EUR) exclusive of VAT by fixed fee. The payment by the tenderer will be in two instalments of Five Thousand Euro (5,000 EUR) each in advance on the first working day of January and on the first working day of July in each year of the term. Alternative monthly payment arrangements would also be acceptable. The tenderer appointed will be obliged to collect all membership subscriptions, green fees and all other sources of income which monies shall be used by the tenderer for the performance of this contract. The management, maintenance and operation of the Golf Course shall be at no cost to the Contracting Authority and the tenderer expects full responsibility for the performance of the Agreement. The tenderer shall supply all equipment necessary to perform the Agreement. The Contracting Authority shall make the Clubhouse, Golf Course and Ancillary Facilities available to the tenderer from the 1.1.2014 for the term of the Agreement.
