Candidates are reminded that the economic risk inherent to the delivery of the required service will rest fully with the successful concessionaire. South Dublin County Council offers no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the commercial viability or profitability of this concession. It is emphasised that the successful concessionaire will be expected to propose a financial contribution, payable to South Dublin County Council, for the right to exploit the service.
