LDPE Plastics Line - Supply and Installation of Waste PLastics Processing Extrusion Plant
Tenders are invited for this Contract. The purpose of the
Contract is to provide Irish Polymer Extrusion with quotations
for equipment for the development of waste plastics
processing line to handle LDPE soft plastic material.
Tenderers should note that this Request for Laois Partnership
under the Rural Development Programme for Ireland 2007-
2013.'
The award of contract will be subject to the project promoter
securing the required grant aid and funding package to
proceed.
The tender consists of the supply of 1 no. Waste Plastics
porcessing line. Waste plastics will come from Packaging,
retail & wholesale outlets.
The following must be supplied and fitted/commissioned to our
poremises outside Portarlinton, Co. Laois.
1No. Pre-Shredder
1No. Extruder/Pelletising machine complete with
belt conveyor, metal detector, cutter compactor,
twin filtration block, centrefugal de-watering unit,
vibrating sieve, air transmission system and
silo storage unit.
The prices should include delivery, installation and
commissioning.
The above equipment is required to process soft plastic LDPE
and extrude it into pellets at a minimum rate of 1000 kg per
hour.
Powersupply electricity 3 phase.
