Scope of the Tender
The services and associated costs of an interRAI registered and approved eLearning/ eTraining vendor are sought through this open procurement contract, to support the initial phase of the national SAT Education and Development programme (2013-2017), and for ongoing costs/ services thereafter. The eLearning / eTraining programme courseware will support a blended and consistent approach to the delivery of a standardised SAT Education and Development programme for health care personnel that employs both instructor-led and self-paced eLearning modalities. The e-programme will further support quality assurance processes within this remit, through mandatory competency evaluations and assurance. The target audience for the eLearning/ eTraining programme for national SAT implementation are SAT educators, health care administrators, and clinicians.
The overall eTraining programme must be available for โlive' implementation by Q4 2013, with the exception of
certain applications/outputs, which are subject to interRAI availability.
