The provision of specialised horseracing laboratory services to test for the presence of prohibited substances in horses and to carrying out equine pharmacokinetic studies, in accordance with the guide that has been adopted by the Association of Official Racing Chemists (“AORC”) and by the laboratory heads connected with the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities.
