Bord na Móna has embarked on a significant and ambitious multi-year transformation programme across its entire business and seeks to secure external professional services to assist in this endeavour. The internal organisation is undergoing radical change through this process and the identification and implementation of cost and operational synergies, opportunities and best practice for business process automation are key components of the transformation agenda.
Consequently, Bord na Móna now wish to establish a number of framework agreements for a 3-5 year period to cover its requirements for external professional services in Business Transformation, IT and related disciplines. It is proposed to establish two panels of suitably qualified service providers as follows:
