sales that are achieved through planned events, home
visits and telephone contact. The sales process will be
defined and strictly adhered to. The supplier will develop
and deliver sales campaigns to acquire new customers
and achieve greater market penetration of the Airtricity
brand. The supplier is responsible for the effective
management of their sales channels in the field
and within their contact centre and reporting on their
compliance, quality and performance measures.
