13/108 - A Multi-Supplier Framework for the Provision of Water Leak Detection Services to Irish Water

Irish Water is undertaking a competitive tendering process, the objective of which is to establish a national multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of Water Leak Detection Works and Services. There will be two lots as follows:
Lot 1 Applicant will not be appointed as PSCS;
Lot 2 Applicant will be appointed as PSCS.
It is intended that a multi-supplier framework agreement will be awarded pursuant to this competition. Any contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement may extend beyond the lifetime of the Framework Agreements. The Framework Agreement will establish the terms governing contracts to be awarded during the term of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will be established for a term of eighteen months with two annual options to extend for further twelve month periods, to a maximum cumulative term of three years and six months, at the sole discretion of Irish Water.

A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. Expressions of interest should be addressed in writing and sent via email for the attention of The Procurement Manager to rahern@bge.ie The questionnaire will cover the financial, economic and technical capacity of the candidates. The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1. above not later than 17:00 hrs on Tuesday 17.12.2013. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. This process may also include interviews with candidates. Bord Gรกis ร‰ireann also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with one member of the group as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors or on any other basis as Bord Gรกis considers appropriate.
