Expressions of interest should be addressed in writing and sent via email for the attention of The Procurement Manager to rahern@bge.ie The questionnaire will cover the financial, economic and technical capacity of the candidates. The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1 above not later than 17.00 hrs on Wednesday 2nd October 2013. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. This process may also include interviews with candidates. Works & services may include but not be limited to:
- CCTV inspection, jetting of public sewers and/or tank cleaning, de-silting and de-sludging including emergency (24 hour and weekend cover) and non-emergency preventative maintenance
- Traffic Management Services associated with above activities;
- Acceptance of appointment as Project Supervisor Design Process and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSDP/ PSCS) under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
Please note that no confined space entry or inspection will be permitted under Lot 1.

- Jetting of public sewers and/or tank de-silting and de-sludging in order to facilitate CCTV inspection;
- Confined Space Entry and Inspection;
- Acceptance of appointment as Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage (PSCS) under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.

This is an eighteen (18) month with an option to extend annualy for a period of two (2) years.

Bord Gáis Éireann also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with one member of the group as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors or on any other basis as Bord Gáis considers appropriate.
