Fingal County Council on behalf of Newbridge House and Farm Ltd., Donabate, Co. Dublin, invites expressions of interest form suitable qualified teams to provide the following services: Zone 1: The Public Park: Prepare a review of overall site and develop a master plan optimizing visitor flows and planning for actual events. Zone 2: Newbridge House and Gardens: Review the current visitor offer at the House and Gardens and prepare a development plan aimed at improving the international appeal of the visitor experience. This exercise should include the development of an interpretative framework and appropriate interpretative concepts, optimizing the exhibition artifacts available. Zone 3: Newbridge Farm:
Prepare an analysis of current farm offer and make recommendations for update options to meet future visitor needs. Prepare a review of visitor flows and make recommendations for optimization of the farm experience. Research and advice on the size, scale and potential location of new indoor facilities. Develop an Interpretation framework including interpretative concepts and themed outdoor play areas aimed at creating an improved visitor experience. This exercise should optimize the exhibition artifacts both currently on display and in storage. Zone 4: Ancillary Areas: Review of how retail, catering and auxiliary facilities could be expanded and improved with a focus on enhancing the visitor experience and revenue and inform their optimum location to relate to zones 1, 2 and 3. All concepts developed should include cost estimates and options for phasing and should be developed with regard to the conservation management plan for the site.
