Cavan County Council (Lot 2) invites tenders for the removal and treatment of waste diesel laundering sludge, related adsorbent materials and any associated contaminated soils or liquids in County Cavan.
Meath County Council (Lot 3) Meath County Council (MCC) invites tenders for the removal and treatment of waste diesel laundering sludge in County Meath.
Monaghan County Council (Lot 4) currently uses its own resources to transport waste diesel laundering sludge to its own waste quarantine area. This lot relates to the repackaging of waste on site and subsequent export of the waste to an authorised treatment facility.

6) At its absolute discretion, the contracting authorities may elect to terminate this procurement process, the framework agreements or any contracts awarded under the framework agreements at any time.

The contracting authorities at their sole discretion reserve the right to engage in a separate procurement procedure for any contract arising within the lifetime of the frameworks.

9) Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the contracting authorities are not obliged to engage in a clarification process in respect of documents with missing or incomplete information. Therefore, tenderers are advised to ensure that they return fully completed documentation in order to avoid the risk of elimination from the competition.
