This Contract shall be for the Provision of a Comprehensive Maintenance Services including First Line, Second Line and Preventative Maintenance Services to Pay & Display parking meters located in the administrative areas of the participating local authorities of the WLAPN.

This Contract is for the supply of spare parts to the Participating Local Authorities /or their Agents, to be used by the Successful Maintenance Contractor for the maintenance and repair of Pay and Display machines that are currently in operation at on-street/off Street Parking Locations within their administrative areas.

Short description:

This Contract shall be for the Provision of Cash Collection Services from the Local Authoritys Pay And Display Machines. Mayo and Galway County Council currently carry out their own Cash Collection Services, however the Local Authorities at their own discretion may decide to award this contract over the course of the duration of the Cash Collection Services Contract.

It is anticipated that the commencement date shall be 15.10.2012 and shall be for an initial period of 24 months from the date of award. The WLAPN reserves the right to extend the contract for a further 12 month period, bringing the contract term to a total of 3 years but not guaranteed to be 3 years.
