The successful Tenderer shall oversee and conduct the planning, erection and dismantling of Temporary Accommodation (as defined at clause 3.1.2 of Appendix 1 to the RFT) as may be required from time to time, as set out in more detail at clause 3.2 of Appendix 1, and to supply the Temporary Accommodation (“Services”).

Description of options:
In accordance with clause 1.4 of the RFT, the term of the contract will be two (2) years. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the term for a period of twelve (12) months with a maximum of one such extension (clause 1.5).
