The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the supply of Mechanical & Electrical Facilities Maintenance for Marine Institute, Rinville, Oranmore, Co. Galway for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
The building services to be managed under this contract will be limited to the mechanical and electrical systems and associated plant and equipment and the provision of a subcontracted part time Stores Assistant. All other building management services will be provided by other contractors.
