The service required is to design, create and activate small and large formats of tailored brand elements in various outdoor and indoor environments e.g. festival and event branding; collaborations with 3rd party stakeholders such as airports, sporting stadiums, and other locations.The successful tenderer must demonstrate a clear understanding of The Gathering Ireland and its objectives and interpret these into the creation and design of suitable branded assets.The successful tenderer must provide proof that branding assets are sourced from bone fide manufacturers and certified to the relevant standards.Successful supply and implementation will involve but not necessarily be restricted to:— on-going co-ordination with The Gathering Ireland team,— liaising with The Gathering Ireland’s agencies and other approved suppliers & other 3rd party partners,— co-ordination of the implementation of various materials at site of event i.e. installation, dismantling, and removal,— assisting and advising on the creation and development of original and bespoke materials required for events.

The contracting authority will not conclude this framework agreement to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Irish Statutory Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned candidates and tenderers.
