Single Assessment Tool (market soundings)

Health Service Executive (HSE)

This Market Sounding exercise focuses on establishing the market capability to support the implementation of specific parts of the interRAIโ„ข suite of assessment and decision-support instruments for the care needs assessment process for older people. The envisaged information system platform may need to provide other features โ€“ such as support of care plan/ service plan creation and management, and work-flow co-ordination amongst multiple personnel in multiple locations.
In this regard vendors are asked to provide indicative costs for the typical parts of a vendor service provision that might arise if implementation is commenced and a formal procurement exercise conducted to purchase relevant goods and services.
The information provided by vendors will be treated as confidential and used only by the Business Case team to refine estimates of possible life-time costs of an implementation programme.
