Construction of a three storey concrete framed extension with atriums to the South face of the existing 1970 Building (Block B) totalling approx 4 300 sqm of new build together with approx 2 000 sqm of refurbishment to include new mezzanine floor within the existing occupied building. Works include two floors of highly serviced science laboratories, staff offices and associated facilities over a new 500 seat canteen with associated kitchen/servery. Construction of a new Part M compliant pedestrian access ramp and entrance canopy to the North entrance of Block D. Works also include associated services infrastructure works, drainage site works, hard and soft landscaping.
