RFP 1212 - PQQ – Integrated telecommunications platform solution
IBRC wishes to replace its existing disparate telephony and communications services with an integrated communications platform that provides for high quality, full feature, low capital renewal costs, lower operating costs and low call costs. In doing so, we wish to rationalise the technology footprint within IBRC by making use of our internal IP network and dispensing with the need for a separate telephone PBX. Features such as telephone conferencing, call recording, call groups etc. must be an integrated part of this new system so that from a telephony system perspective it is a complete, integrated and self-contained. This system must be linked through to a full call management system whereby all inbound and outbound calls are handled at low call rates. IBRC wishes to take advantage of the latest technology developments in hosted PBX telephony and related services which best support our requirements to lower on-going costs, remove all hardware etc. from IBRC premises.
As part of this solution the successful tenderer must provide and maintain services associated with the provision of an integrated communications platform for the all IBRC offices on both the island of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
