Provision of PABX and LAN Maintenance and Support Services
Houses of the Oireachtas Service
This contract is for the provision of PABX and LAN Maintenance and Support services. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, advice and assistance in the areas of:
i) Maintenance and support of the current hardware and software. The Oireachtas will require an onsite presence from Monday to Friday together with guaranteed response times.
ii) Capacity to provide training in aspects of the PABX software, on- or off-site at the contracting authority’s discretion.
iii) Future needs relating to telephony and networking.
