The Department of the Taoiseach and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade are seeking tenders from skilled providers of Filming, Broadcasting, Encoding and Content Delivery Services to be the Host Broadcaster (HB) for a period of approximately 9 months from October 2012 to July 2013 in relation to Lot 1 and two days from the 6th to 7th of December 2012 in relation to Lot 2.
The successful tenderer for Lot 1 will form a single party draw-down framework agreement contract with the Department of Taoiseach. This framework agreement will be open for use by other Government Departments and Offices, should they so wish, including entities that have a formal reporting and legal relationship with these Departments.

Short description:

Ireland holds the 2012 chairmanship of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). The OSCE Chairmanship is held for one calendar year by the OSCE participating State designated as such by a decision of the Ministerial Council. The function of the Chairperson-in-Office (CiO) is exercised by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of that State. The OSCE Ministerial will take place at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) Simmonscourt from the 6th to 7th of December 2012.
