Peamount Healthcare Campus Development
The procurement of an Architect-lead Integrated Design Team (comprising Architect, Civil & Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Project Supervisor Design Process) through a restricted procedure in respect of the proposed renewal and improvement of existing facilities at the Peamount Healthcare Campus. This substantial and phased development will comprise the preparation of a Masterplan, followed by the Phase 1 provision of a new purpose-built Rehabilitation / Healthcare Facility for a total of 100 patients with complex needs for: 50 no. older persons rehabilitation healthcare needs and 50 no. persons with a disability.
