The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade on behalf of Government Departments and Offices, invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the provision of ground transport services arising in connection with Ireland’s Presidency of the European Union Council during the period 1.10.2012 to 31.7.2013. The purpose of this competition is to establish a competitive framework of at least three and no more than five of five services providers to whom specific assignments (or groups of assignments) will be awarded in due course.
