IBRC intends to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of this service. It is anticipated that 3 suppliers will be appointed to the framework agreement. The framework agreement period will be for three years (but may, at the bank’s discretion, be extended to 4 years), subject to the satisfactory performance of each member. The contract periods to be awarded under the 3 year framework agreement are anticipated to be as follows: — November 2012 – October 2013 – Year 1, — November 2013 – October 2014 (mini tender) - Year 2, — November 2014 – October 2015 (mini-tender) - Year 3. This process may, as noted above, and at the Bank’s discretion, be extended to October 2016. Each of the above contracts will be based on fixed pricing for a period of 12 months. (ET Ref:483512).
