Description of options:
The GMIT reserves the right to exercise the option referred to in Article 31(4)(b) of the Public Sector Directive / Article 32(5)(f) of the European Communities (Award of Public Authorities Contract) Regulations 2006 (S.I. No. 329 of 2006) to award to the Consultant new services consisting in the repetition of similar services to those entrusted to the operator, provided such works are in conformity with a basic project for which a Contract was awarded. This option may only be used by the GMIT during the three years following the conclusion of a Contract under each framework.
