EOI Airtime sales, sponsorship and product placement sales
TG4 is the National Irish language Channel based in Baile na hAbhann, Co Galway, Ireland and broadcasts for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The TG4 website offers programme based information and micro sites. The TG4 Player offers live and on demand archive material. Irish is the working language at TG4.
TG4 wishes to engage a supplier(s) to provide.
Lot 1: commercial airtime sales, sponsorship sales and product placement sales for the channel.
Lot 2: web advertising sales including all applications and platforms.
For a three year period from 2013-2015. TG4 will have the option to extend each of the Contracts for a further two years at its absolute discretion. Remuneration is on a commission only basis and is payable when pre-agreed sales targets are met. Applicants are requested to submit an EOI in respect of one or more lots. A separate EOI should be submitted in respect of each Lot. TUPE will apply to this tender.
1.2 Notice to companies submitting EOIs.
Three hard copies of the Expression of Interest response should be delivered before 12:00 noon on 26.7.2012 to the following address:

Envelopes should be labelled with the lot number and the address of the tendering organisation should be clearly stated on the outside of the envelope. A covering letter signed by an authorised company representative should accompany the response. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their response is delivered to the correct address and by the required date and time. Responses received after the stated time will not be accepted, they will be returned unopened to the applicant. Applicants are requested to make their own arrangements to obtain proof of delivery.
E-mailed copies of the submission will not be accepted.
The proposed timeline of activities in relation to the tender process is as follows:
Publication of the EOI 18 June 2012.
Receipt of expressions of interest 26.7.2012.
Issue RFT documents to shortlist 2.8.2012.
Receipt of tenders 13.9.2012.
Planned award of Contract 11.10.2012.
Formal execution of Contract 8.11.2012.

TG4 reserves the right to accept or reject any response, or part(s) thereof, and to abandon the tendering process and thereby reject all responses at any time prior to award and acceptance without incurring any liability to any applicant.
