Cleaning Services for the Central Bank of Ireland
The service sought includes sourcing, employing, organising, managing, administering and supporting of specified personnel for which the supplier will receive remuneration on a fixed cost basis. It includes the management of an in-house cleaning team at the Dame Street and Sandyford complexes. It is to also include the self-delivery of cleaning services at Spencer Dock and Iveagh Court. Staff on these sites may be subject to TUPE. The service will allow the Central Bank to have maximum control and flexibility of all of the cleaning resources within the Central Bank organisation.
