The Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation seeks tenders for Citrix Support Services.
The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support for the Departments Citrix infrastructure. It is intended that this competition will result in a service contract between the Department and its preferred service provider, for the provision of the services outlined in this document for a period of four years subject to annual reviews.
