The client, Our Lady’s Hospital Crumlin, wishes to invite tenders for the complete replacement of 2 number existing bed/passenger lifts at the above premises by specialist lift contractors.
The new lifts must comply with all relevant modern standards and be of suitable design and durability for modern lifts installed in an extremely busy hospital environment. The new lifts are to be high efficiency machineroom-less (MRL) gearless traction lifts in accordance with specification which is downloadable from the site.

Suitability to pursue the professional activity:

(2) All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the candidate, their directors, or any other person who has powers of representation, decision or control of the candidate has not been convicted of conspiracy, corruption, bribery, or money laundering. Technical and professional ability:
(1) A statement of the candidate's average annual number of staff and managerial staff over the previous 3 years.

(3) All candidates will be required to provide certification from an independent body attesting conformity to environmental management standards in accordance with the Community Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS); or the European standard BS EN ISO 14001.
