Appointment of a management company to manage, operate and maintain Monaghan leisure complex
Monaghan County Council now seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified leisure contract management companies with proven experience in the management of public leisure facilities to manage, operate and maintain the leisure complex.
The Council will enter into a Licence Agreement for the management of the complex for a period of 4 years and eleven months. Such an agreement will specifically provide that the Contractor does not obtain any possessory or ownership rights to the facility and that its ownership will remain solely and completely vested with the local authority.
