Waste management services for general dry waste and food waste

Bus Eireann/Irish Bus

The successful tenderer will be required to provide waste management services for Bus Eireann at specified locations nationwide. This will include but is not limited to the removal and responsible disposal of an assortment of "dry" waste streams and "food" waste from specified locations. The successful tenderer will also be required to provide appropriate waste receptacles at specified locations for proper segregation of collectable wastes.
The contract term to be awarded to the successful tenderer shall be for a minimum of three (3) years with an option to extend same for a further one (1) or two (2) years. This option will be solely at the discretion of Bus Eireann.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to allocate this contract in "lots" if it becomes expedient.
Please note that this contract is being advertised under the "negotiated procedure" guideline. It is Bus Eireann's intention to negotiate with selected tenderers.

In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for this contract, suitably qualified interested parties must complete and submit the pre-qualification questionnaire provided. Depending on the quality of pre-qualification details submitted, Bus Eireann may invite between 3 and 8 entities to participate in a tendering competition for the contract.
